The activities of the ECVET European network

The network activities are enhanced within a platform for exchange, communication and joint work efforts. The Network has a designated secretariat for all activity planning.

Promote and prepare ECVET implementation

The ECVET European network activities aim at promoting and preparing the implementation of ECVET :

  • actions intended to build strong long-lasting partnerships,
  • ECVET promotional actions with VET actors,
  • valorisation activities regarding initiatives and projects as well as sharing experiences within and between Member States, 
  • training, information and guidance actions by stakeholders involved in the network.

These activities will end by a day and a half European forum, part of an annual work programme approved by the Commission.

The ECVET network has a support team in charge of compiling a resource and expertise channel able to advice and guide ECVET stakeholders and promoters. The secretariat designs and implements membership network management and member participation in the varied activities.
