ECVET European Network Experts
The support team has combined recognised European expert speakers from vocational education and training (VET) with ECVET experts in order to assist ECVET European Network members.
Definition of recognised expert speakers of the ECVET European network
The speakers participating in the various support programmes for ECVET European network members are experts who :
- have themselves participated in the European technical work group for implementing the ECVET recommendation, or
- have been heavily involved in the processes for implementing the ECVET recommendation within their national contexts, or
- are members of ETF and CEDEFOP European agencies, or
- have initiated pilot projects for implementing ECVET within their structures.
The ECVET expert support team’s objectives
The European experts of the ECVET support team have two objectives :
- advising in order to identify network member needs, the design of useful means and tools, gathering and disseminating good practices, production of work and discussion documents,
- support for network members, assisting them with implementing the ECVET recommendation within their own contexts.
