The ECVET network governance

 The ECVET network gathers all the actors and operators of vocational education and training (VET) having an active role in implementing ECVET and having made a voluntary choice to become a network member.

• The Users’ Group which meets twice a year, represents the network members. Its objective is to ensure the overall consistency of cooperation processes for implementing ECVET.
• The steering committee relies on advice from a group composed of ECVET experts, users and representatives from CEDEFOP and ETF. It voices opinions and recommendations regarding activities to set-up within the network. It also validates the annual work programme proposed by the secretariat.

The ECVET support team gathers member opinions and advice, sent by the steering committee, and supports all the network member activities. It informs the European Commission of all network activities and assists when necessary, on themes linked to ECVET. The ECVET support team conforms to the European Commission directives as defined in the recommendation as to the terms of reference provided.
