The ECVET seminars

Seminars are regularly organized during the period 2010-2012. Their objective is to assist the network members in the implementation of the ECVET Recommendation in their own contexts.
  

Three kinds of seminars according to the targeted audience :

  • The 'ECVET Essentials for all users' seminars cover the basis of the ECVET Recommendation and its European context. These seminars are opened to any public.

Alongside this generic offer, two specialized kinds of seminars are available
 

  • The 'ECVET for VET qualification designers' seminars address issues more related on:

         1. the design of qualifications in conformity with the ECVET Recommendation
         2. the ECVET credit points' validation & recognition processes
  

  • The 'ECVET For mobility' seminars address issues related to the implementation of the training, the LO assessement & also the guidance provided to learners for their mobility.

Logistical issues

Duration of a seminar : Each seminar is designed for 3 days (transport included), starting the 1st day of the session by 2 p.m. and ending by 4 p.m. the 3rd day.

Attending conditions : 
You need to be part of an organisation member of the ECVET network and to have personal codes for the ECVET website in order to register to a seminar. 

Number of participants per session : 30 persons
Participants take in charge their own transport and accommodations.
