Experts-facilitators

A team of experts is responsible for facilitating managing the various workshops, seminars and forums. These experts combine a large range of skills in the fields of vocational training, ECVET, adult group events within a multicultural context and skills in all the ECVET Team working languages.

The profiles of experts facilitators

Several profiles can be distinguished among the experts :

  • those sharing their experiences, clarifying intentions, giving examples, expressing opinions,
  • experts who convey their knowledge and a proven experience
  • speakers from institutions such as the European Commission and seminar host countries,
  • facilitators able to promote common thinking and innovative practices, express needs and new ideas, paving ways to creativity, and developing a team spirit.
